Robert Farrell Obituary, Death Cause – It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our esteemed Worshipful Brother, Robert Laurence Farrell, to the celestial lodge above. Our dear brother laid down his working tools on September 6th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy as a wise counselor, a pillar of strength and stability, and a Prefect Ashlar on which younger Masons may test the correctness and value of their own contributions to our beloved Masonic Order. Worshipful Brother Robert Laurence Farrell was more than just a Mason; he was a beacon of wisdom and an exemplar of Masonic principles. Throughout his journey, he lived with unwavering integrity, embodying the values and teachings of our ancient fraternity. His presence in our Masonic family was a source of inspiration, guidance, and strength to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Our brother’s dedication to the craft was exemplary. He joined our esteemed fraternity in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Two and, in time, ascended to the chair of King Solomon as a master of Royal Philanthropic Lodge No. 405 EC in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Eighty. His journey through the degrees was a testament to his commitment to the principles of Freemasonry. As we mourn the passing of Worshipful Brother Robert Laurence Farrell, we recognize that his absence leaves an irreplaceable void in our Masonic family. He was a beloved mentor, a stalwart supporter of our society, and a compassionate brother who extended his hand to aid and his voice to console those in need. His contributions to our Lodge and our Masonic Order were immeasurable.
In this time of sorrow, let us, as brethren, bow with humble submission to the will of the Most High while also acknowledging the profound loss we feel. Worshipful Brother Robert Laurence Farrell’s memory will forever be cherished in our hearts, and his Masonic legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. We extend our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his family during this time of affliction. May they find solace in the knowledge that our entire Masonic family grieves alongside them, honoring a brother who lived respected and now departs regretted.
