Patricia Shelly Obituary, Death Cause – We are deeply saddened to share the news of Patricia Shelly’s demise at the age of 71. Former pastor and college professor Patricia was also an active part of the MC USA family, holding positions on the Executive Board and as a moderator. After a courageous three-year struggle with pancreatic cancer, she passed away on September 4 in Newton, Kansas. Unwavering faith and a deep devotion to service defined Patricia Shelly’s life. She showed great care and concern for her congregation as a pastor by assisting anyone who came to her for counsel.
Patricia left a big mark on the MC USA family. She brought great insight, commitment, and knowledge of our faith’s ideals during her time on the Executive Board. She was important as a moderator in bringing everyone together and steering us toward productive conclusions. Patricia Shelly was a model of the essential Christian values of love, compassion, and service throughout her life. We shall honor her memory by making it a priority to uphold these ideals in our own lives and in the lives of our fellow believers.
Our condolences go out to Patricia’s loved ones and all those whose lives she touched at this difficult time. Her legacy will continue to give us all hope and encouragement.
