Linda Wiebe Obituary, Death –Between the fourth of November 1946 and the twenty-eighth of August 2023 inclusively. On August 28, 2023, Linda Wiebe passed away in a way that was unanticipated and was at rest when she did so. We have no choice but to break the news of her passing, and we do so with a tremendous deal of sadness and a heavy feeling in our hearts. The unexpected nature of her passing has caused all of us to be in a state of despair, despite the fact that we can find some solace in the knowledge that she is now in the presence of the Lord Jesus and has been reunited with her husband Dave. Her death came as a complete and utter shock to all of us.
The news of her dying came as a total and utter shock to everyone. Those who are left to mourn her loss are her brothers, Al (Judy) Penner, Norman (Lorraine), and Rick (Karen) Penner; sisters, Maryann (Harry) Froese and Laura Neufeld; the Wiebe family; and a large number of nieces and nephews who adored her. In addition, a blessed host of extended family and friends are also left to mourn her passing. She will be sorely missed by everyone.
Since her husband Dave had passed away in April of this year, she has been left to mourn on her own while the rest of the family has moved on with their lives. On Sunday, September 3, 2023, commencing at seven o’clock in the evening, there will be a viewing conducted at the Dalmeny Funeral Home, and attendance is encouraged from members of the community. On September 4, 2023, at 10:30 in the morning, there will be a funeral service held at Hague Cemetery.
The funeral will be held on Monday of this week. After that, there will be a Memorial Service held at 2:00 pm, and then there will be fellowship coffee held at the Lawson Heights Alliance Church, which can be found at 159 Pinehouse Drive in Saskatoon.
