As we think back on the precious times we had with him throughout the years, the news of his departure has left us with an overwhelming sense of sorrow and loss. Kelly had been a constant figure in the lives of many of us since the early 1980s, and she was more than just a friend to many of us. He was recognized for his generosity, his warmth, and his ability to make everyone feel like they belonged and were important to him.
He exemplified the concept of a truly terrific guy. The odd conversations we would have with Kelly were always full of humor, stories we could relate to one another, and the confidence that came from knowing we had a true friend by our side. This was one of the wonderful things about our connection with Kelly. Everyone who had the honor of knowing him found that being in his company brought them both happiness and support.
