James Baylor Obituary, Death Cause – It is with heavy hearts that we remember and honor the life of Mr. James Edward Baylor, who peacefully transitioned on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 73. James, a beloved husband, father, and friend, left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew and loved him. James was born on October 22, 1945, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout his lifetime, he served his community as a dedicated supervisor for the City of Philadelphia, making a positive impact in the lives of many.
James’s memory will forever be cherished by his loving wife, children, and a host of relatives and friends. His presence brought warmth, laughter, and love into the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. A service to celebrate the life of James Edward Baylor will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019, at Provision of Grace World Mission Church, located at 1950 W. Rockland Street, Philadelphia, PA 19141. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am, followed by the service at 11:00 am.
Following the service, a burial with military honors is scheduled for 1:30 pm at Washington Crossing VA National Cemetery, situated at 830 Highland Rd, Newton, PA 18940.
