Cheryl Holland Obituary, Death Cause – It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we come together to remember and honor the life of our beloved Medical Receptionist, Co-lead, and Medical Records Clerk, Cheryl Holland. Cheryl passed away last week, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. For those of us who had the privilege of working closely with Cheryl, this is an incredibly challenging and emotional time. Her dedication to our team and her commitment to the patients who graced the halls of the Salisbury Clinic over the years were unparalleled.
Cheryl’s impact extended far beyond the clinic walls. She shared her knowledge and expertise by personally training over 25 staff members, including those in management roles. Many of us also remember her from the two CBH commercials where she promoted good healthcare in our lower shore area. Cheryl had a radiant spirit that brightened the lives of all who crossed her path. Her warm greeting of “Hello Sunshine!” at the clinic’s entryway will be forever etched in our memories. Over her nearly 10 years of service, she connected with over 2500 patients, helping them engage in their mental health care with our dedicated providers.
Among Cheryl’s favorite sayings was “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work,” and she lived by this motto every day. Her tenure as our longest-serving administrator exemplifies the CBH values of teamwork, empathy, quality, service, and change. She embodied these values in all her interactions and actions. We are forever grateful for the invaluable contributions Cheryl made to our lives, both professionally and personally. Her legacy will continue to inspire us to uphold the same standards of excellence, compassion, and dedication that she displayed. As we grieve the loss of Cheryl Holland, let us remember her with love, admiration, and gratitude. She touched our hearts, and her memory will forever shine brightly in our clinic and our lives.
